Committee Roles and Responsibilities: Recommend ways to create systems to assess and improve the work environment to enhance team effectiveness and workplace culture. Offer advice and guidance on creating a strength-based culture that will lead to a positive work environment. Determine methods to conduct, analyze, and improve upon organizational behavior initiatives. Review and offer feedback for improvement on the organization’s current performance review processes. Explore various staff and volunteer recruitment and development approaches that support personal and organizational empowerment. Investigate ways to meaningfully reward staff and volunteers. Engage in advocacy and networking. Participate in annual special events and other org-wide fundraising activities. Develop an annual calendar for the committee’s activities, including critical dates, milestones and required board actions. Provide the Board with reports summarizing the PCC’s activities from the previous year and plans for the year to come.
