Mission: To empower youth via music and arts education in Detroit.
Class Act Detroit is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing free virtual and in-person hip-hop workshops to the youth of Detroit and beyond. Class Act Detroit provides opportunities for youth to become well-rounded by enhancing their capabilities in the arts, academics, and health and wellness.
What We Do
Our programs outfit students for academic, personal, and career success, and readies them to rise to the challenges of their lives. In conjunction with our strategic partners and our dynamic teaching approach, project-based-learning, we ensure engaged, modern, and capable cohorts who are well equipped to tackle challenges and thrive in the 21st century.
