Mission: To empower underserved youth by providing them with the mentorship, education, and life skills they need to overcome barriers and achieve lifelong success.

At Mentor2Youth, we are a community-driven organization dedicated to transforming the lives of underserved youth through mentorship, education, and leadership development. Since our founding, we have been committed to breaking cycles of poverty and underachievement by equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and support they need to thrive. Our programs focus on academic success, career readiness, and personal growth, providing students with the guidance and resources to reach their full potential. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, and through the power of mentorship and education, we are shaping the next generation of leaders.

Through academic support, leadership development, and community engagement, we strive to cultivate confidence, resilience, and opportunity, ensuring every child has the tools to reach their full potential. We engage youth in ways that allow them to not only gain skills and knowledge but, most importantly have fun!

Through after school workshops, fieldtrips, service projects, events and various other activities throughout the year, we take a wholistic approach towards supporting the youth we serve. Through group mentoring, after school tutoring, 1:1 career coaching, job preparation and college exploration, we are all about setting up pathways to success and maximize the potential all of our youth showcase on a daily basis.  We serve youth across Washtenaw County and surrounding cities ages 8-18 through year-round programming with support from many volunteers like you!
