Mission: To empower families by fostering the growth and development of boys and supporting fathers.

EMIY Inc. (Encourage Me I’m Young) is a non-profit 501c3 based in Detroit, Michigan. We are a grassroots organization dedicated to legacy (leaving our message of hope in our community by “encouraging families through developing boys and supporting fathers”). We have supported, developed, and nurtured boys and fathers to reach their fullest potential since 2007.

We build families through encouraging boys and supporting fathers. We focus on instilling hope in the community and helping individuals reach their fullest potential. Our grassroots approach emphasizes the importance of legacy and encouragement within families, aiming to create a positive impact in Detroit and beyond.
