11th grade students are developing portfolios throughout fourth quarter, and they will be practicing their interviewing and interpersonal skills, as well as using these portfolios in mock interviews. All 98 juniors will participate in one-on-one interviews. Interviews will last approximately 10-15 minutes, with each volunteer interviewing about 20 students by the end of the day. Upon arrival, an orientation will be held for the volunteers to explain the format of the day, review the interview rubric, and get settled in the room in which they will be interviewing. Volunteers may either interview for half day shifts, or for the full day. A 30-minute lunch break is scheduled; the school will provide that food. A short debrief will be held at the end of the day
