In the Leadership Development course, juniors have been exploring the following question: What do I contribute? (to my school, my community, my job, etc.). Through these individual presentations, they will be attempting to answer this question about themselves. Students will individually present to a panel of approximately three professionals. After their presentation, the panel may ask them questions. We expect each presentation (including the Q& A session) to last approximately 10 minutes. We anticipate each panel will see 12-16 students each day. Upon arrival, an orientation will be held for the volunteers to explain the format of the day, review the presentation rubric, and get settled in the room in which they will be receiving students. Volunteers may either volunteer for a half day shift, or for the full day. A 30-minute lunch break is scheduled; the school will provide that food. A short debrief will be held at the end of the day.
