Calling this year’s effort Motor City Makeover 365, the City is promoting cleaning and beautification throughout the year.
Volunteers will work within the Columbus/Whitney/Hogarth neighborhood supporting the local block club. Volunteer tasks will include:
- Litter removal
- Debris Cleanup
- General Landscaping & Brush Removal

Please wear close-toed shoes and clothing that can get dirty. Supplies will be provided by the City of Detroit; however, volunteers are encouraged to bring their own gardening gloves.
