Thousands of runners and walkers will lace up their running shoes for the annual Run Wild for the Detroit Zoo, sponsored by Ford Motor Company, on Sunday, September 9, 2018. The event includes 5K and 10K runs, the Too Wild! 5K+10K combo, plus a non-competitive 1.5-mile Fun Walk.
We are looking for individuals or groups who would be interested in donating their time as course marshals for this event by assisting us in guiding runners and walkers along the course.
All Volunteers will receive coffee and donuts provided for breakfast, a t-shirt, access to the post-race party, and zoo admission for the remainder of the day.
After expressing interest, a Detroit Zoo Volunteer Services Staff member will contact you with specific details, waiver, and additional information.
