Wednesday, June 5 from 6-7:30pm | Eberwhite Neighborhood
Meet at 1700 Arbordale, in the back yard, in Ann Arbor. We will tour Nugget Burkhart’s two rain gardens, and then walk through Eberwhite woods to see Allen Creek. The walk will stop at Eberwhite Elementary School, where a large rain garden collects water from the basketball court there, and from there walk back to 1700 Arbordale. Come learn how these rain gardens work, what plants you can find inside them and more! We will be walking on the dirt trail so dress comfortably and bring water. The walk will be led rain or shine by staff from the Water Resources Commissioner's Office.
