Join United Way for Southeastern Michigan and Detroit Parks and Recreation Department (DPRD) for a day of summer fun!
On August 9, hundreds of campers from DPRD's summer camps will come together at Rouge Park for a day of inflatables, life-size games, crafts, face-painting, and food. Many of United Way's community and corporate partners will also be in attendance providing fun, enriching activities.
Volunteers will help facilitate activities, including crafts, games, and more.
Volunteer shifts are from 7:30am to 10:00am and from 12:30pm to 3:00pm. Volunteers are welcome to attend both shifts, however performances and lunch will take place 10:00 to 12:30 and volunteers will not be needed.
