Trick or Treat Paddle

We are looking for volunteers who love to dress up for Halloween and be by the water. If that is you, come help hand out candy during our Trick-or-Treat Paddle around the Huron River! Each station will have a theme, a treat, and our wonderful volunteers truly creating this experience.

Sign up for a station and get ready for a spooky good time! There's no shortage of stations or costumes that need volunteers- but please only sign up for one station per shift. This will be your assignment during the event, but it may be flexible and is subject to change! We will try to accomodate everyone's interest but appreciate any willingness to be in any costume. If you don't have a preference of station theme, sign up to be put anywhere and we will fill you in as needed.

For any of the stations below, if you already have the costume (or want to create your own) keep in mind it must be family-friendly. Please note if you have your own costume in the comment section of your sign up.

If you are a part of a group and already have a creative, fun group costume, let us know by emailing us at volunteer@a2gov.org and we can add you as a station.

Volunteers will meet at Gallup Canoe Livery and will be transported to different locations along the river. We will supply the costumes for the fun and spooky volunteer experience. There will be two shifts for volunteers: 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and 2 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
