La Vida--a program housed within CHASS--is partnering with buildOn to present a combo event that honors: 1) Dia de los muertos and 2) victims of intimate partner violence! The intersection of these events is not unique to our program. Across the USA and Mexico, Day of the Dead is often used to honor those that we let down, those that society could not make enough space for. Though the topic is dense and somber, rest assured that this event will be one you enjoy! Community bonding over these heavy topics will take place at the Brandon Scotten Community Garden, with food of course!
