Friendly and organized volunteers are needed to help with auction check-out at Vista Maria’s signature event, Celebrating Women. You will be helping Vista Maria staff arrange and hand out the auction items our guests have won. Attire is business professional (black or dark colors), with comfortable shoes recommended. Dinner will be provided.
- Auction check-out will open 15 minutes after the program ends (about 8:45pm)
- Vista Maria Staff will be operating the Greater Giving system and actually cashing our guests out
- Per the cashier, volunteers will retrieve the corresponding auction item for the guest.
- Help clean-up after the event
- Picking up any leftover collateral, linens, etc.
About the Celebrating Women event:
Celebrating Women began in 2000 as a way to honor successful young women at Vista Maria and prominent women role models in our community. By celebrating their achievements, we hope to empower women to realize their dreams, believe in themselves and accomplish their goals. This important fundraising event will be attended by over 500 business leaders, philanthropists, and community supporters.
