Volunteers are needed to help set up for Vista Maria’s Signature event, Celebrating Women. Tasks may include arranging auction items, setting up the registration area, organizing name badges, and other general setup. Dress comfortably, with closed-toe shoes. Lunch will be provided. Great opportunity for groups and teams!
- Set up silent auction tables
- Decorate the table
- Arrange items on the table with their display stands
- Check name tags vs. RSVP list and ensure everyone on the list has a name tag
- Stuff name tags and dietary slips
- Put name tags in alphabetical order
- Set up sponsorship signage
- Set up Vista Maria literature area
- Other set-up duties, as needed
About the Celebrating Women event:
Celebrating Women began in 2000 as a way to honor successful young women at Vista Maria and prominent women role models in our community. By celebrating their achievements, we hope to empower women to realize their dreams, believe in themselves and accomplish their goals. This important fundraising event will be attended by over 500 business leaders, philanthropists, and community supporters.
