The world-renowned Gracias Christmas Cantata will perform at The Fox Theatre on Tuesday, September 20 at 7:00pm, and we are seeking volunteers to help spread the word that community members can receive free tickets to attend this world-class event!
Our purpose is to bring hope and happiness to every citizen in the Detroit and Metro Detroit area. The Gracias Christmas Cantata, which has now performed for over 1 million people, has toured across 29 different cities; from the Sydney Opera House in Australia to L.A to Detroit, to NYC, and everywhere in between in the U.S for the past 11 years. In addition, the award-winning Gracias Choir and Orchestra has now performed in the city of Detroit for the past 10 years, from the Fillmore Theater to the Masonic Temple and now the Fox Theatre. We are now giving out information and flyers to the Detroit and Metro Detroit area on how to get FREE tickets to the show and prime seating for the concert as well. Our mission again is simple: To bring joy and happiness to Michigan and to many people who may not be able to witness a LIVE orchestra concert of this magnitude, regardless of their financial background and status.
Throughout September, we are seeking volunteers to distribute flyers door-to-door in communities across Southeastern Michigan. Volunteers will receive a training, including instructions on where to go, and a meal. Sign up for a shift today and help spread the word about this unique event!
